MAR. 30 A) So Ottawa Hospital CEO Cameron Love whom loomed
large in my Xmas 2019 incarceration
where I became its first political prisoner receives an annual salary of over $600,000! Tell that to the Hospital donors…. P.S.
The P.M.'s salary set to increase to $400,000 on April 01 is under criticism…
go figure…. (Poilievre to $300,000) …and still no revelations of Identity
Theft from either… go figure some more…. B) Stand4Thee (Protest
Convoy 3 after PC1 (honking trucks); PC2 (private blogs such as this one);
currently advocating 'stop the taxes' theme; a piece of wishful thinking but
publicly advocating 'stop Franco Alulio's Identity
Theft is far more realizable. (SEE NEWSLETTER
APRIL 01, 2024) C) I count myself a 'reader' and support Indigo Books by buying new releases
at their store. When I say 'reader', I mean in the traditional sense of the
word; namely, for every value I select in a book, I try to make 4 applications
in real life. In recent times, I have returned some books - including 'Heather's
Choice' ones - due to their illiteracy. Some I just throw out. One question I
raise is whether the publishers even read some accounts counting on the word of
some influencer who gets the book listed on such as the NY Times Book List. It
is not just me 'aging' (82) as I read the superb observations of those contributing
to social media. I refuse Indigo's request to write book reviews on the basis
of plot, character, setting as they demand. When I write a review is an
individualized interpretation like some of those published on the backs of their
novels.
MAR.26 A) Once again, the BMO Bank scammers pulled a fast one.
The client, aware of the problem, ran down to the bank but within 1/2 hour,
#15,000 was stolen and shipped offshore by the bank. Who's to blame? The bank,
of course. Who is blamed? The client of course, by the bank. Message delivered
to client? Take us to court if you disagree… we can outwait you with expensive
court delays. Why doesn't the gov't. do something? Banks don't make big
contributions to political parties for nothing e.g. is Tory critic leader
Pierre Poilievre front and center on criticizing the bank? Nope. The banks are
too lazy to get an immediate tech patch on the problem = the usual incompetent
bureaucratic leaders limited to 'gladhanding'. As pointed out earlier, long
before the internet, my mother lost her life's savings ($40,000) in 1988 based
on a bank claim that they handed the money over the counter to my father which
was a lie as he had never been in that bank. As soon as I saw the Bank turn the
matter over to their lawyers, I knew there would be no resolution. The problem
is in everything. For example, the Montreal docks have been exporting stolen
cars since the 1990's. Complaints from Insurance Companies went nowhere. My
personal citizenship I.D. Theft, the crime of the 21st century, goes unreported
let alone attended to… Nazi Germany with its 1942 Wannsee Conference, move
over, Canada now has the digital form of 'Auschwitz'. B) In fact, the
Canadian Justice System collapsed in 2003 when my Ottawa lawyer told me that I
had 'exhausted all remedy under the law' regarding compensation for my illegal
deprivation of my teaching career in West Vancouver in 1985. That story goes
untold by the media = rise of Protest Convoy 2 with such as this
personal blog as the only recourse for Canadian protesters. SEE coming April
NEWSLETTER C) The freezing of bank accounts of those contributing to the
Protest Convoy was not merely a bridge too far; rather, it was downright
criminal …so the usual Bank response; 'so sue us'. Besides where else can a
depositor place his money… we have you by the short hairs….D)
If it were not for my 'Identity Theft Problem', I would drop my life-long
connection to the BMO for failing to stop the scammers. E) Freedom Convoy 1 ('trucks')
followed by Freedom Convoy 2 (personal blogs such as this one) should be
followed by Freedom Convoy 3 (Institutional Rejections e.g. boycott
BMO)
MAR.17 A) When is a protest 'dangerous'?...when
the P.M. appearing at a Liberal fund raiser is present leading to arrests (why
protest are kept across the street by union interests). I protested around
downtown Ottawa from 2004 to 2020 with my placards: e.g. STAY OUT OF AN
OTTAWA COURTROOM UNLESS YOU FIRST BUY THE JUDGE without media coverage. The
whole purpose of pubic protesting is to get press coverage. B) As to
real threats to the P.M. at such meetings, it would be next to impossible to
keep an organized terrorist group determined to harm him as police threats are
becoming increasingly weakened with the courts playing catchup…. C) Nor
are the public any longer convinced of such 'police risks' despite midwit columnist Lilley yapping away. Wellington St. in
front of Parl. was never a thoroughfare (sat empty for one year). I have
suggested it be called ROGER CALLOW WAY out of respect for FREEDOM
CONVOY 2 (no honking trucks; just this web site looking for support.) B)
If the media midwits really want to report the
news; they should investigate why a cabal of senior Ottawa lawyers refuse to
provide me with any legal services. More on this in the April 01
NEWSLETTER (no fooling around….) focusing on Franco Aluli's Identity Theft of
this writer…now that is a Pulitzer Prize winning story for some enterprising
columnist who can circumvent the editors (NOT Lilley). C) Barber-Lynch Trial
(Convoy 1) backed off to Aug. 13 (when everyone is on holiday??). This
farce of a trial has the farce of a judge with all these delays but then I am
record as claiming the Ottawa Courts should be under a trusteeship. The snag
seems to be the Emergency Act as Justin apes his father's disastrous War
Measures Act of 1970.
MAR.11 A) SEE NEWSLETTER for an OPEN LETTER TO CABINET
MINISTER DAVID MCGUINTY of Ottawa South (my constituency) to use his law
firm to challenge 'Identity Theft' directly at the SCofC
level (no lower court decisions) on the grounds of a national concern. If this
were Nazi Germany, Franco Alulio would be the
equivalent to Eichmann and his 'Final Solution'. Next time those 'honking
trucks' hit Ottawa streets, FA will just suspend their
D.L. licenses for psychiatric reasons...then watch them as they try to
get home…. B) 'Should students whom do not have passing marks be able to
participate in graduation ceremonies?' No according to our West Van High School in the 1970's. For that matter they could
not participate on teams without keeping their marks up. One English teacher
and coach spoke against this policy putting it this way: 'For some students,
the only thing they get out of high school is playing for a school team as they
were incapable of maintaining pass marks. I was with him. Same for graduation;
it's a social event. A failure student was allowed to walk across the stage and
receive a 'piece of paper' like all others whom attended with their parents.
Those students had spent 12 years in school too. D) Senators Hockey Team: The
season is mercifully over. The new owner paid far too much for a losing hockey
team even if he ultimately plans to move it to Hamilton.
MAR.09 A) I am a NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard
- disclosure: I once operated a home alarm system in the 1990's) which puts me
at odds with the 2020 book, Overdose regarding Canada's opioid crisis. The
question not raised by this book is where the major source of funds for
purchases comes from by addicts; namely, stealing and because most
addicts are on foot, from the residential area they live in. Thankfully, our
family is drug free and with grandchildren, that is all important. I would not
tolerate anyone living beneath my roof using illicit drugs. There is some
concern expressed about how our older highrise is
going rental as trafficking is more common to rentals. Sometimes drug
traffickers force their way into living with their customers. I bought into
this building in 2015; would I buy into it today even considering the new Board
is doing everything possible to improve the situation? …No. Renters have a
different agenda from owners. Absentee owners are always a problem. In teaching
High School in West Vancouver, B.C. in the 1970's, I was considered a 'Narc'
speaking on the rise of drug use dating from the Viet Nam wars and the Hippy
Movement. At any rate, the situation is out of control today and while I
support decriminalization of addicts, I have no real answers to the Opioid
problem other than to advise parents to monitor the friends of their children
closely. Angela Lansbury (d) moved to Ireland (Murder She Wrote series) in
order to get her children out of drug ridden Hollywood. I did not realize until
I read this book that fentanyl is a manufactured drug and can be created
anywhere by anyone with a rudimentary understanding of chemistry. My advice to
the police? Check where graduate chemists get work. B) Our older son was a
school drop-out. He wanted to work his way up in the world making a successful
Property Maintenance Company. His early friends were street people who,
fortunately, rejected him from their drug culture as he was unwilling to
participate. If he had, my wife and I would have barred him from visiting his
younger brother as drugs are oftentimes passed down older sibling to younger
sibling. We would have kept up off-property connection with him if he was
addicted. Fortunately none of our family has ever
suffered the scourge of drugs. C)
Young Sheldon is winding up.
Excellent actors but the big problem is that adults do not like to see bratty
kids as it reminds them too much of their own children. The introduction of
drug usage with a friend of Missy would complete parent rejection of this
sitcom. Unfortunately Hollywood is rife with drug
abuse and no place to bring up children. D) One 'scare program' in
the 1970's had an ex-con telling students what would happen to them if jailed
for usually substance abuse… e.g. rape. One high school class I repeated this
message to turned to an individual 'who would know' and he nodded 'yes'.
MAR.07 Lessons on the
value of freedom (hypocritical
editorial Ott. Sun. p.8) '…When law-abiding people going about their
legitimate business (Roger Callow (82) before an illegal D.L. suspension
which included the word psychiatric=robbing him of all access to the
laws as per 1982 Charter of Rights & Freedom) …then the democratic
freedoms we hold dear mean nothing. My response: … as compounded by
the Media in failing to report on this crime of the 21st century including the
Ottawa Sun: Identity Theft. Mean nothing?? All of N. America is under an
existential threat from this case. I am hoping Trump will condemn the
originator; Deputy Minister (Ontario) Franco Alulio.
MAR.06 A) There's a vital lesson here re Companies using
Internet Providers to control access to them. I visited Eyedocs
(mentioned below in MAR. 04) and learned that their new Internet Provider is in
an internecine war with the old Internet Provider since December hence contact
with Eyedocs is greatly limited. As I told the Eyedoc Representative, I would be re-locating if I cannot
reach them by telephone (includes call-back). They must be losing a lot of
business on this level. B) The public is warned against Bank scams
recently. Here's my story from the time of my mother's death in 1988: Her life
savings of $40,000 were scammed with a bank clerk claiming she recognized my
father which was a lie as someone impersonating him cleaned out the account.
The police investigated and learned the connection was with the gov't. home
assignment of personnel to help my aging father. There was nothing they could
do. When I queried the loss with the Bank, they clammed up referring everything
to their lawyer = file 13 for me. Bottom line? The Banks should be held
responsible for extortions for the most part, not their clients.
MAR.04 A) Many Companies do not doublecheck their Internet
information e.g. hours of operation and hence lose out on business. Eyedocs near Billingbridge,
my optometrist for many years, no longer has a live operator and one cannot
leave a message. B) Now that Trump can run for the presidency in
all states, it is time for his 'influencer' to direct his attention to
condemning Identity Theft (U.S. 14th Amendment) by Cdn.
Franco Alulio in this 'clear & present
danger' to all N. America. I give him to the end of March to commit before I
ask him to step down from the Presidency if he fails to do so.
MAR.03 A) A tale of 2 dog
owners: a) The first one had a
friendly medium sized dog (looked like a pit bull type) friendly to all people
including children. That owner conditioned her dog with a kibble beforehand and
a kibble afterwards in greeting people. She herself was friendly. b) An unfriendly
owner had to hold her small dog down on the grass while I passed by on the
sidewalk. The dog was going bananas trying to get at me. 'I know what I am
doing', she said. 'No you don't, I replied, which
makes you a bad master. Ask your pet store to deal with your problem.' That dog
would never be placed again by a Rescue Dog Organization as it would have to be
put down. No doubt it was abused in the past by an adult male hence its
vitriolic reaction to me. That kind of master is past helping no doubt in other
ways as well as she probably always considers herself to be in the right. B)
On a happier note, I always make it a point to introduce myself as a former
high school teacher telling parents in the fast food place; 'Congratulations
for having face to face eating time without being stuck on a telephone device'.
Such parents realize the point and thank me accordingly. If I can, I encourage
them to read to their children; stopping every so often and asking a question
such as 'I wonder why the crow said that to the rabbit?' Whatever the child's
answer, you accept it with… well, let's read on and find out. This morning's
couple realized the importance of 'extending the imagination'. Successful
children go a long way with such parental guidance. …now I will step down from
my soapbox! B) My driver connection tells me about the inane OC Transpo order to acquire ten electric busses next year when
what is needed are more diesel busses. After his shift, a second driver will
follow with the same vehicle which, in the case of an electric bus, operates on
a diminished lithium power source until overnight recharging. Plus there is the major problem of the cost of replacing and
disposing of these lithium batteries. My answer is to study the magnetic train
between Nice and Turin and adapt that to our streets if possible. LRT is a bust
(wrong tracks for the wheels purchased) Even Toronto has learned that lesson.
As a cost saving measure, we would do well to scrap the LRT and go back to
bussing… but going to Hell on a handbasket is the future of all 'progressive'
institutions which never own up to making a mistake (see dog walker story above)…. C) A U.S. Judge has wisely thrown out all
those convictions from 'Jan. 6'. (Something the Cdn.
judge should do hearing the charges against Freedom Convoy 1 protesters). The
key to the U.S. story is the withholding of the National Guard (for reasons
best known to themselves=Democratic Party influence) leaving Congress unguarded
for a number of hours. In Canada, it was Ott. Police Chief Sloly
who provoked FC1 by declaring 'don't budge an inch' as Trudeau wanted to swing
his big dick with his Charter Rights powers. Currently a second round of FC1 is
being conducted two years after the event in Ottawa. The Ottawa judge should
also throw out this trucker case similar to the U.S. D) I blinked and
missed the huge flag over the car dealership in South Keys no longer flying at
half mast for former P.M. Mulroney(d. Feb. 29). It
must be a 'Liberal Party' flag….
MAR.02 A) I am working on a direct Appeal Court challenge (no lower courts) to
the SCofC to
be heard regarding the national challenge regarding Identity Theft, a
potential threat to all Canadians plus an existential threat to the U.S..
Franco Alulio, as a rogue civil servant, has
established those parameters in Ontario in 2019 taunting me in the process to
obtain proof under the 'Freedom of Access' rules not believing I would ever get
those documents. I did although the commissioner of that body was not going to
give them to me = palace revolt. Why the hurry? In Stalin's own words… 'no man,
no problem'. Alulio has served his purpose in
altering the gov't. form to include the term psychiatric creating
Identity Theft. He is no longer needed as other rogue civil servants can now
front for Organized Crime with other issues. On the other end, the Old Boys
Club continues to throttle me with a whisper campaign of senior legal Counsel
refusing to give me a lawyer. If proven, I am sure someone could be held liable
for conspiracy to defraud but I am not going there. With the trail of now
extant legal evidence from the 'Access Evidence, the proper course is for the SCofC to charge Alulio directly
with criminal intent; particularly as the police did not. I am also asking for
the return of my citizenship status from before Alulio's
action. B) I am also giving the heir apparent to the POTUS position
(Trump) to speak against Identity Theft (criminal code in Canada; 14th
Amendment in the U.S.) or resign from his pursuit of the Presidency with this
'clear & present danger' to U.S. interests as well. He has the month of
March to publicly
disown Franco Alulio. C) Premier
Doug Ford considered the recently deceased P.M. Brian Mulroney to be
a mentor with his daughter, MPP Caroline Mulroney & one time A.G.
whom did not respond earlier to my request on this topic. Was that daddy's
advice? Did Daddy also suggest Identity Theft in the first place? D) An
interesting parallel may be made between Navalny whom was murdered
trying to introduce democracy into Russia and myself whose citizenship was
removed with me trying to retain democracy in Canada through my personal
protest (Freedom Convoy 2 with this blog - no honking horns of Freedom
Convoy 1). E) Still no response from the International Court of
Justice (ICJ) in the Hague. They are up to bat next in terms of world
Justice.
MAR.01 A) SEE NEWSLETTER MAR. 01: WHY THE INTERNATIONAL COURT
IN THE HAGUE HAS ITS TESTICLES IN AN UPROAR B) Hold up that funereal train to
never, never, land with former P.M. Mulroney (d. Feb. 29) for POTUS
Biden whom is a walking host of diseases led by dementia…. C)When
Mulroney realized the Tories were to be wiped out in the 1992 election (2
seats!) , he ducked under the skirt-tails of Kim
Campbell to front the loss ('elections are no place to discuss issues' was
pinned to her election mantra').
