FEB.29 Dead at age 84 from prostate cancer is former Tory P.M. Brian Mulroney known for his TV knock-out punch of John Turner (recently deceased at age 90): T: I had no choice as to a political appt. M. You had a choice, sir, and you didn't take it. I saw him up close & personal as P.M. and was surprised at how short he was. I hope he didn't suffer long at the end. Among the plaudits, you won't see this one: He could even make the truth sound like a lie (smarmy).

FEB.28 A) How do you detect a sociopath? (Hitler was a Sociopath / Stalin along with serial killers in U.S. prisons are psychopaths e.g. Jeffrey Dahlmer (murdered in prison). Take this story: 'Mother: Dr. Dr. How can I hear my baby falling out of her crib onto the carpeted floor? Doctor: Remove the carpet from the floor. Of course teenagers are at a collective sociopathic stage with their 'below the belly jokes' as their temporal lobe (conscience) has yet to evolve. I don't believe the medical profession is willing to see me hang out my medical shingle just yet, if ever…. B) Cartoonists are able to exploit this theme without being accused of being sociopaths. It is a fine line to follow best reflected in this line: 'Someone with a funnybone'. Witty people are rarely sociopaths… or so I think…. Try this one on for size: cartoon (re Navalny) showing Putin doing a little jig singing 'no-vo-chuk, a little dab will do you; no-vo-chuk; a little dab's enough!' C) 'novel': and Cal was so good looking he must have been a sociopath (trained not bred?) D) If Mastercard's usurious 18% charge for unpaid accounts is not enough; then try the new 25% rate! Surely we are going to that other place in a handbasket with Mastercard leading the way….

FEB.27 A) conclusion in 'Under Cover' by Clement: Two quotes sum up my thoughts. The first is from Edmund Burke :" The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good people to do nothing." The second is from Robert Kennedy: "Every society gets the kind of criminal it deserves. What is equally true is that every community gets the kind of law enforcement it insists on.' B) BILL C63 about dealing with hate on the internet is a plus on child pornography but is likely to fall on all other matters. For example, how would the courts deal with my annotated cartoons below which, to be sure, Franco Alulio would be reporting? P.S. The courts may get their chance on this dude, yet…. C) How about this 'hate' message? If FA living at the time of the Crucifixion were asked; he might say… yup, had to be done, no other way… besides, the guy was asking for it! Besides, I am only calling for the D.L. suspension (to ride a donkey) of Jesus on the grounds that he is nuts….now that's what I call a sociopath's answer… sosumi bar (so sue me Federal Gov't)… D)If someone wishes to add this Placard to my FREEDOM CONVOY 2 (no honking trucks; merely this blog), they are welcome: JUST SAY NO TO PERVS (CHILD PORNOGRAPHY) That can be added to my anti-drug message paralleling POTUS Reagan; JUST SAY NO TO DRUGS which had only measured success in the 1990's.

FEB.26 A) 'Any-one can be co-opted under the right sort of circumstances' opines RCMP Undercover writer, Garry Clement in a lucid book by that name. In all other respects apart from Identity Theft, I have been dealing with the Old Boys Club entrenched, as it is, in the Justice System & Privy Council (for politicians). Not so with Identity Theft where the footprint is different and smacks more of Organized Crime (O.C.) The question which needs to be asked here is why Franco Alulio stuck his neck out by adding psychiatric to my D.L. suspension in 2019? It was unnecessary as I couldn't drive under so-called cited 'cognitive conditions' although O.C. would like to use it as a 'cottage industry' in N. America. The proof in the pudding was when evidence was provided for the arrest of Alulio in 2023 under the 'Access to Information' rules. So why didn't the police forces arrest him? Or more to the point, who has the power to call off the police at great embarrassment to the latter? Why, none other than O.G. with its ties to the Ford Family including Premier Doug Ford

(It wasn't the initial suspension letter which revealed Alulio's sociopathic tendency; rather, it was the 'gloating' letter gratuitously sent the month after.) B) However, that does not explain the cowardice of The International Court in the Hague for not arresting Alulio. C) Even in the event of our joint deaths, it makes no difference to the existence of the algorithm hence my estate would be in the embarrassing position of suing where either one or both candidates are dead. That happened in one Russian case where I do not know the outcome of suing a dead man. Hence Freedom Convoy II is well rooted in philosophy as well as fact. Nazi Germany with its 1942 Final Solution applied on a national scale shows what can happen if such capricious actions by such as Alulio are not snuffed at the source. Anyone want to arm wrestle with me on that one? Send me an e-mail. C) One feature of sociopaths such as Alulio is that they never see themselves in the wrong. A contrast with writer, Garry Clement, mentioned above is that he readily admits to mistakes (which we all make) in the early stages of his career. In short, as an Undercover Policeman, he lies but is not a 'liar' such as Alulio is. Sociopaths do not evolve and can therefore be manipulated by such as O.G. D) I find it difficult to believe: For a number of years author Garry Clement (living in Ottawa) mentioned above is a member of the Whistleblowers Protection Group. He could not have been ignorant of my public protest in downtown Ottawa and yet not a peep out of our hero Clement. Further, as to his book highly critical of RCMP management, I have this to say: The financial figures quoted by Clement, you can cut in half as they go to 'pay-offs' to individuals and institutions. Plus Organized Crime sacrifice a further 15% as a cost of doing business in order to provide legitimacy to such as Clement and his horde who forever have their cases sidechecked… go figure….

FEB. 25 A) The proper course for The International Court in the Hague is, in the absence of action by Canadian law courts, to apprehend Franco Alulio and try him in the Hague where a guilty verdict could lead to 5 years imprisonment. Surely the world deserves that much. Have we forgotten the spirit of the Nuremburg Trials of 1946 in which the Nazi bastards were hanged? B) In that latter regard, note that the Wannsee Conference of 1942 which sanctioned 'The Final Solution' created an algorithm which is very difficult if not impossible to pursue legally; merely the people who 'followed Orders' in pursuit of that algorithm. Alulio has sneaked under the wire in that perspective and is currently getting away with this 'perfect crime' in which his victim cannot legally challenge him. It is a bit like those committed to Auschwitz being robbed of all personal rights. Time to stand up 'World' for 'what isn't right' (SEE comment Feb. 24) C) In essence, Franco Aulio is the present day incarnation of Eichmann with his 1942 'Final Solution'. D) Living in the demi-world of Identity Theft has its own parameters for an adult citizen. For example most matters do not require a lawyer but the major Decisions in life do. The brothers are not prepared to tell my estranged wife about my generous estate separation proposal unless it is presented by a lawyer which, as they know, I cannot get. They did not seem interested in providing a legal counter-measure which I invited them to do. Does Therese even know about any proposal? That's where I requested Greg's father-in-law to contact her on that point and report back to me. He did not reply. (It should be noted here that Therese is her own worst enemy by refusing to communicate with me.) D) My will cannot be probated without the benefit of a Probate Court which will insist on a lawyer with my demise. To keep my estate out of the hands of the 'greedy sons', I have to hold my estate 'in limbo' which I would do turning my apartment plus monies over to the Condominium as a 'Party Room' with sunrises 'to die for' rather than the basement enclosure they currently have with no windows. My point here is that my estate should go to the Ottawa Food Bank but would not do so because of Alulio's Perfect Crime which would follow me in death. In Nazi terms, once committed to Auschwitz, you no longer existed. Herein is the great failure of the ICT in ignoring charges against Franco Alulio.

FEB.24 A) Shortly after my break-up with my wife in 2019 (over Identity Theft), I joined professional dating service Misty Rivers whose mantra seemed to be home ownership along with being a social drinker (no alcoholics, please) as a basic protection for single women. I never made a connection in all that time as I never found a woman with a 'funny bone' who followed the comic strips or such TV programs as Big Bang Theory. B) Since the summer of 2023, readers of this column will realize that, other than for Identity Theft which I am saddled with, I have shifted from political news to cultural views. As to publicity for Identity Theft; I am quite prepared to forego the daily headline story which lasts only as long as until the next headline in the mass media for coverage by such comic strips as Doonesbury. C) My departure from my downtown Ottawa 'Placarding' (STAY OUT OF A CDN. COURTROOM UNLESS YOU FIRST BUY THE JUDGE) (2004-2020) is hallmarked by my personal separation from a retired priest protester (TO PROTEST IS TO SPEAK OUT without telling the public what he was protesting; namely, abortion). I told him that this was the last time that I would wave to him in passing as I was vacating his side of the street for the opposite side as reflective of my rejection of his world which I symbolized this way: " You know, we are both wandering out into the desert looking for that 'burning bush' with this difference; you expect to return to the current world refreshed in some fashion or other while I didn't know what was in the future other than it did not include me as an individual as I expected to be consumed by that burning bush (Identity Theft)". Truer words were never spoke. D) While my early life in the 1940's & 50's had its hypocrisy, we had a notion of 'what wasn't right' which appears to be supplanted today with a 'who cares if it isn't right; who has the power which is usually reflected by how much money one has?' It is that thinking e.g. The International Court in the Hague which is going to clash with the deteriorating world economic depression bringing all nations to their knees with a public unable to recognize this dichotomy although many social commentaries on the internet show disdain for the authorities (Protest Convoys) in that process. That latter feature is symbolized by the personal plight of University professor, Jordan Peterson, and his effete friends and NOT the universal plight of this writer under Identity Theft. Hence the public is looking through the big end of the telescope in that regard. D) The 'Old Gal' below is a symbol of a doomed future for mankind as it backs into the future with '20-20 hindsight'. The real future lies in the 'digital age' currently being defined. My contribution: forget gas or electric cars; the future lies in magnetism e.g. one railroad joining Nice to Turin operates on magnetism. All future transportation in cities will eventually depend on this feature. …so, until Armageddon, enjoy, enjoy the Revolution! (signed) 'The Outlawed Canadian'

FEB.22 A) The myopic media have it back-asswards. The reason that the Trudeau gov't. isn't appointing Federal Court Judges is because candidates don't want to commit at this time. For example, the former Chief Justice of the SCofC, Beverly Mclachlin, bought the position with a reputed $100,000 contribution to the B.C. Liberal Party (It was her husband, lawyer Frank McCardle, who was the real brains behind that pair). Recently she has been heavily criticized for not relinquishing her Hong Kong Appt. So, if you are a lawyer seeking a judgeship, you want to make sure your Party is going to be elected and current Federal prospective judgeship candidates are not sure on this point. The Federal lawyer who backs the right horse is given all the plum assignments with those who back the wrong horse relegated to traffic court….the kidneytable of legal appointments according to one hilarious Big Bang Theory episode. (They had fantastic writers.) B) The perfect crime is the one written by rogue civil servant Franco Alulio in his fraudulent D.L. suspension of this victim which includes Identity Theft (removal of a victim's citizenship - aberrant use of word psychiatric) so that his action cannot be tested in a court of law. He should be declared Times Magazine ' Man of the Year' for this capricious stunt. And to see that no Police Force would arrest him creating a horrendous credibility problem for the International Court of Justice in the Hague as well as being an embarrassment to all police wearing the badge.. FEB. 20 A) Sign on door of M.P. Cabinet Minister, David McGuinty's legal office (my M.P. for Ottawa South): 'Closed until further notice'… and that should be of interest to Opposition Critic Poilievre or will he give McGuinty a free ride considering who he is dealing with? Just 'askin'…. B) Why has Pornhub made Ottawa its headquarters where it is its own oversight body? …same reason that the drug cartels consider Canada to be 'Mexico North'. Recently, the largest drug bust was made on the U.S. border as no doubt the drug cartels figured they were home free once they were in Canada …Much like the auto theft business utlilizing Canadian ports to export stolen cars (since 1990's). C) I haven't heard back from the International Court in the Hague which could be expected to send an investigator to Canada to investigate the legal matter surrounding Franco Alulio with his Identity Theft (fraudulent use of the word psychiatric- See previous NEWSLETTERS). Considering that their own mandate is at risk as pointed out in the Feb. 20 NEWSLETTER, one would expect them to be right on top of this 'crime of the 21st Century'. D) Where's Trump being seen condemning Alulio as Alulio's action presents a 'clear & present danger' to the U.S. as well. I will publish any such condemnation from him on this website.

FEB. 17 A) Advice to AMAZON: Being a first time user, I requested telephone assistance but due to earlier actions, my Order was frozen out for 24 hours due to 'security concerns' hence the human attendant could not help me. What I am suggesting is to write an 'over-ride switch' for such operators so that an Order may be completed. In brief, having someone you know experienced with Amazon purchases, walk you through the process. = poor digital engineering…. B) NEWSLETTER FEB. 20 now posted focusing on the Internation Court of Justice in the Hague vis a vis IDENTITY THEFT.

FEB. 16 The Legal Fraternity (The Old Boys Club) controlling Canada through their control of the law courts & ancillary institutions is , what in essence, FREEDOM CONVOY 1 was all about… the infringement of personal rights. FREEDOM CONVOY II (NO trucks just this blog) (IDENTITY THEFT) is the next logical step for control by this iniquitous Legal Fraternity as the ante has been raised leaving the INTERNATIONAL COURT IN THE HAGUE with a horrendous problem as they routinely charge dictators with crimes against humanity but appear to be at a loss at identifying the Canadian Legal Fraternity as the prime enemy in democratic Canada. In Nazi Germany terms, they would be Canada's Gestapo. I am challenging this World Court to leapfrog Canada; something they have never experienced for a Democracy. To date, through what was known in the past as 'telephone castration', senior legal Counsel are rejecting any attempts by Junior Counsel to represent me in such simple matters as creating a 'last will'. Even Lawrence Greenspon representing Convoy I is part of this conspiracy in his rejection of my legal appeal. A separate blog by a sympathetic Identity Theft group is one such option. Anyone interested? … don't leave it all to Donald Trump in this 'clear & present danger' to U.S. interests as well….

FEB. 12 A) All Social Commentaries on one site believe that Trump was robbed of the 2020 election… back to personal ballot in U.S. Stalin had it right… the winner is the one who counts the votes. I am still waiting for Trump to announce his position against my Identity Theft which is a 'clear & present danger' to all North Americans as no-one can exist without their citizenship. Usually the crime is limited to dictatorships. Canada is the first democracy to be so afflicted… and not a peep out of the politicians nor media….

FEB. 10 A) So Opp. Critic Poilievre would like to extend prison terms for extortion. Isn't that what Identity Theft is? The supreme level of extortion? And not a peep out of Poilievre on this crime of the 21st century in Canada!.... B) Car theft problem solution? Just have random car/truck blockades for vehicles entering dock areas… oh yes, check with Organized Crime to make sure they approve…. C) Is earth crumbling under Climate Change? Iceland fissures and earthquakes (latest in Hawaii at 6.3, a big one… Put Poilievre on this one to show it is one more 'Liberal failure' … D) In the 1970's, as a social sciences teacher, I used to have this unique topic assignment still valid today… choose an invention and show how that invention changed the way people lived and thought e.g. automobile, at a time other teachers chose encyclopedia topics e.g. Tell about Michaelangelo and his works. Nothing wrong with the topic… everything wrong with the Encyclopedia. Today we go well beyond Wikileaks, thank goodness, but then the social information is readily available over the internet which was not available in the 1970's. (dependent on library newspaper clipping file plus a dated National Geographic approach)… but teacher, students would ask; 'there is nothing on the social side of inventions'. Exactly. That was my point. But I made it work under difficult circumstances… no wonder parents used to doing their child's assignments were afraid of me (Superintendent's definition) as what we fear turns into hatred…. It doesn't pay in terms of popularity to be ahead of your times….

FEB. 08 A) Pets a thing of the past? Certainly with pet x-rays at $400, they will be. I notice that the number of dogs on my walk are greatly reduced with no-one with puppies. Rescue Dogs seem to be a thing of the past. I remember two older men (50's) once telling me that the hardest thing that they had ever had to do was 'put down' their dog. B) Other things of the past: police and the law courts which are mere tools of the Old Boys Club. Support Freedom Convoy II (Identity Theft challenge) C) The Perfect Murder as drug addicts are killing themselves off in record numbers in Ontario recently. Nobody holds them down to inject themselves. A 'cocaine sub' arrested recently in the Caribbean creates misery in both directions; for the producing countries in which all the wealth goes to the top 1% and the receiving end in N. America & Europe creating this dismal trade for people who want to 'party, party'. Only Singapore executes drug dealers as a matter of course. Yay, rest of the world…

FEB.07 Legal Authorization for the class action to proceed against Freedom Convoy 1 Protesters is so much blarney as every merchant and his dog losing out to Covid will enter this money making 'Liberal Party' venture without risk. I turned down my participation in one such class action against 3 judges earlier in Edmonton (action never publicized) on ethical grounds. Why should the public bail out miscreant judges with taxpayer money when these judges should have been charged criminally? For that matter, two police forces refuse to charge Franco Alulio for Identity Theft, the crime of the 21st century… and not a peep either out of the media! That is why I have called on Trump to lead this 'clear & present danger to U.S. interests' as well in face of this collective Cdn. cowardice. Protesters can join behind Freedom Convoy II with its focal point on Identity Theft plus renaming Wellington St. to Roger Callow Way. Currently, Alulio is ducking my letter asking him to justify his treatment of this victim (SEE NEWSLETTER FEB 2024).

FEB.06 A) A driver revolt is forming against these traffic sting cameras. We have just had one installed on the main street I regularly walk down. It is an older neighborhood with no families and few walkers such as myself. Bottom Line? The sooner Mayor Mark Sutcliffe and his traffic sting fine Councillors are ousted the better off we will all be. The analysis is conducted in Toronto and forwarded to Ottawa for prosecution. One driver on TV is going to court showing how defective the process was in his own case. I hope he wins. This is the type of thing that should be placed under FREEDOM CONVOY II which has Identity Theft, the crime of the century, as its focal point.
