North Shore News diatribe: (from web: RECENT 7 NOV 18-2020 A) Roger Callow is a liar blazes the North Shore News in 2014, which is clearly slanderous and the day that they close their doors will be a great step for democracy. They quote quite liberally from the highly suspect decision of Ottawa Judge Colin McKinnon whom I referenced to the Canadian Council of Judges for fraud (as he was originally a Federal court appointee as many others are on the Ottawa Court these days=back door to more lucrative provincial assignments). Remember SCofC Chief Justice McLaughlin rejecting Justice Nadon for a seat? He was from this same questionable body. The nature of the fraud? Three Decisions on the same case by McKinnon without referencing the existence of the other two. ("Would the real Colin McKinnon please stand up?") All this, as the NS News knows, is from my website hence there is no excuse for this fable plus they are quite wrong on a number of legal points which is why I asked the oversight body to intervene. It didn't even acknowledge the complaint plus others against judges for malfeasance in the past. Of course, I am never given a 'right to reply' by the perverted media. whole purpose of this office as they seek redress on behalf of 'abused'

much said, political pressure from above has led to the dismissal or
resignation of ombudsmen everywhere. The central question being raised here is
whether or not Cda. will deal with a problem of its
own making or will the question revert to the U.S., Europe, or the U.N. to
resolve this internal matter for Cda. explaining why
a copy of the letter goes to the P.M. If
an external settlement is made, then Cda. becomes the
laughingstock of the democratic world considering the wide scope of Identity Theft.

convert the popular vote into seats with the Tories forming the gov't. and the NDP being the Opposition with the Liberals
being put out to pasture. The Liberals outflanked them with two things: 1) the
appt. of an indigenous GG who broke the constitution to create an election
(note: little complaint from Tories & NDP who were not about to sue similar
to the Liberals suing the Speaker 2) the
Liberals buying the vote with the taxpayer's money which the Tories were on the
wrong side preaching restraint with voter's jobs to be the price. Outcome? NDP
remained much the same but O'Toole was slow getting out of the starting gate
heralding a loss right there. Handsome is as handsome does and O'Toole was no
match for the glory boy. So there it is in a nutshell although many claim 3
nutshells better describes the outcome.

would have to be the venality of the judges. But, even here, the Franco
Alulio Algorithm with its Identity Theft extension bars me from
all legal Justice ...kind of gets me 'coming & going'.... The importance of
this Algorithm is that it exists apart
from the parties involved; namely, Alulio &
myself. Hence anyone is vulnerable.

example, schools preach finding the 'right' answer; unions call for solidarity,
corporations stress 'team players'; team sports reinforces the herd mentality.
Nothing wrong with that; but what happens when a real problem such as the Franco
Alulio Algorithm with its extension of Identity theft found in the 'Final
Solution' of Nazi Germany upends our traditional values? The public is struck
with a paralysis. In Canada's case, it cost us a nation; in the U.S. POTUS
Biden is like a deer caught in the headlights in this 'clear & present

ed. The analogy here is that for 35 years, this writer has filed law cases
across Canada including the Supreme Court of Canada (4 times) to obtain
compensation for his senior teacher lay-off in 1985 in West Vancouver, B.C. for
so-called economic reasons. Over 50 judges found the request to be frivolous & vexatious, a favourite excuse by the court to dispose of legal matters.
On April 16-2021, The Cdn. Justice System collapsed entirely before young Ottawa Justice Kristin Muszynski
CV 84983 in a vertical hearing (no doubt pre-written by Justice Canada)
where I had no legal standing due to the Franco Alulio
Algorithm (FAA) fake driver license suspension scam. She ruled that
this defendant had been frivolous
& vexatious in all issues without naming one issue. As such a
'back-door' attempt was made to justify the FFA. As a consequence, I
called for the authorities to invoke a trusteeship over the Ottawa Courts with
appeals to two U.S. Presidents to warn U.S. commercial and diplomatic interests
regarding the dissolute state of Canadian law courts in this matter of a 'clear
& present threat' to the U.S. motoring public. CEO's of U.S. Auto Insurance
Companies have been targeted by me to forestall the 'Final Solution' of the FAA in N. America in which Identity Theft
from FAA bars an individual from any
access to the law. The second frame above is inverted as it was the two 'Bobbsey Twin lawyers' against whom I had standing charges
of fraud as the Plaintiff for privately approaching judges without my knowledge
and certainly without my consent. Their defense was that I was merely being frivolous & vexatious; but rather
than mounting a Defense; they lodged a separate Action as Plaintiff
declaring me as being a frivolous
and vexatious defendant; the
only topic the judge considered. My previous action was denied court time. This
stunt was a duplication of a 2014 Ontario 'inversion' which corrupted the ON
court. Regrettably there are no oversight bodies extant in Canada to take

promised? Aren't you getting any? ed. You
are partly right. My mailbag is not overflowing as I am limiting myself to
themes. The current one relates to the election apart from media politics up to
Sept. 21, voting day. For example, If the Lieberals
lose, I submit that one of the happiest figures would be Justin Trudeau
himself. He doesn't need more contumely to be bestowed on him as a leader and
he is unlikely to regain popularity if he wins. Further if he continues in
office a closer look would be made to such as why he left West Point Academy as
a drama teacher. (The media confuses teaching drama with being a 'drama queen'
which Trudeau is not.) He's a politician. But like MacBeth,
he sees the value of 'going with harness on our backs' in fighting the election
'to the death'. His bid for a U.N. Seat as one alternative did not materialize
after spending much taxpayer money. Further, only his security guards know for
sure how faithful he is to his estranged wife, and they are not talking. But if
he loses, expect him to retire and
remarry after a short divorce. What's not to love in that scenario for
him? As an individual, I have tremendous respect for his physical prowess as I
noted earlier. If only the nation at large measured up to his physical
standards, Canada would be big winners in the Olympics. As to the election
proper on this basis? It is between the P.M. and Postmedia,
in my books, with only one winner. While I don't vote, the best outcome for
Canada would be a minority gov't under the Tories but
they need an issue to put them over the top; FAA would do that. P.S. At age 80, I am not getting any of the
other kind either. lol

has a fortune of $60 million while I have zilch in comparison. Hence her

an intangible outcome under the Franco Alulio Algorithm (FAA) indictment. Further, she has court access which due to a corrupt and
corruptible Canadian Justice System augmented by politicians and gov't; I must look not to have. Indeed, the Cdn. Justice System collapsed over my case. Also, she has
publicity; perhaps too much while I have no publicity in a case with Pulitzer Prize potential. While her
case is not alone in extortion by others in a typical Hollywood story;
nonetheless, her case does not present a 'clear and present danger' to U.S.

yet two Presidents do not recognize that threat. Finally, she is the target of
a court sanctioned legitimate use of the word 'psychiatric' while I am
subjected to Alulio's faux driver's license
suspension by perverting the forms to include 'psychiatric' without any
supporting evidence such as whom called for this driver license suspension?
Court cases I laid were summarily dismissed without a hearing therefore
changing Cdn. law in its entirety.

a large Employer may use the law courts to escape their responsibilities in
paying compensation to dismissed employees is of concern. ed. If the charge is a
criminal one (not the case here as I was 'laid off' from my senior teaching

there are some circumstances in which the Employer does not have to pay. My
problem was that over 50 judges in 9 provinces plus SCofC
merely labeled my civil application for compensation under the laws to be
'frivolous & vexatious'.

ed. Based on the past, predictions
are for ongoing wars . Will they metamorphose into a general all out war called
WWIII? If so it will be a war like no other due to our digital universe. For
example, a simple relay malfunction a few years back put the entire NE U.S.
into a shutdown. Hackers can capitalize on such accidents by interfering with
electronics so that a military vehicle whether tank or plane or ship cannot even
get out the door. And even if unsuccessful on this level; impairing the fuel
supply could do the trick. Extend that feature and one has a mish mash of wars
breaking out much like COVID hotspots. Local initiative rather than central
control much like medieval castles will rule the day. Have I ever been wrong?
Considering that no-one ever accurately predicts the future, I must be wrong.
Someone could equally point out how stock manipulations will guide the
direction of WWIII and they could very well be right. One thing appears to be a
certainty; whatever the shape of the conflict, drones will be a key factor in
that war which is a current reality.

happened'?' You have correctly assigned the second position to me and no doubt
join the vast majority of Canadians who don't want to be bothered by me (nor

do but people in the third group think that they escape the consequences of

articles in a magazine first, and then they are on it like a dirty shirt which
may be too late in this case. If you can get such a magazine article on the FA Algorithm published, you could very
well be that catalyst. Unfortunately, my warnings of the imposed BILL 35
(B.C. 1985) were not heeded and now the imposed Carbon Tax permits the Old
Boy's Club to invert Parliamentary processes and to rule by fiat. The FA
Algorithm is far more serious in which a rogue civil servant may manipulate
his department into 'Identity Theft'. Worldwide,
human trafficking of labour and prostitution has
identity theft as its basis; a term associated with the 'Final Solution' in
Nazi Germany. Biden & Merkel are in the same position as various Premiers
when I suggested that they fight imposed legislation from 1985 onward. They
didn't in SK, MB, nor ON (the originator of the FA Algorithm). Angela
Merkel and Biden are passing up the one chance of stopping 'identity theft';
the first case for any modern democracy in which a citizen is deprived of his native country's identity. ...35 year
old Ottawa Justice Kirsten Muszynski put paid to Canada's role on April 15-2021 by ignoring that central
question. Government becomes obsolete when individual bureaucrats run the
show. Canada Day by some
indigenous peoples is synonymous with the deaths of thousands of children in
residential schools whom lacked identity hence calling for Franco Alulio to face criminal charges for treason is not
unreasonable under these circumstances. As to the successful appeal of one
individual on a grand scale; think of Ralph Nader's 'Unsafe at any speed' which
is analogous to our Institutional Autistic Institutions.

Put it this way. In the summer of
1965 when I circumnavigated the world with a tour group, I got an 'unnecessary'
TABT shot in two doses(only cholera was required). The first shot left me with
a rosy arm plus overnight sweats in which I felt a giant had reached down into
my guts and kept jerking me all night long. (In India, small children were
given a single dose...figure that one out.) So why did I get it? Political reasons. If there was an outbreak of,
for example, tetanus in the country or area which I was travelling through,
everyone gets quarantined with only those such as myself being given permission
to leave. Hence, then as now, much depends on your travel plans. At age 80, I
no longer travel (except vicariously reading National Geographics to whom I
have directed my estate). Also keep in mind that your vaccine takes a few weeks
to become operable. (In 1965, the nurse pre-dated my TABT shot by 3 weeks for
the purpose). Also keep in mind that COVID is a 'boomer groomer' taking out
seniors with regularity. As to vaccines, the Salk single vaccine in the early
1950's stopped polio in its tracks although
to get it right, another decade passed (cancer ramifications). Today the
multitude of COVID vaccines still suggest we are far from getting it right plus long term effects are beginning to
arise. 'Distancing' & washing hands is still the key protection plus masks
help even with the vaccines. I do not understand the reasons for the reduction
of COVID to the extent that they have taken place in Canada. On July 1, a photo
showed Kingston U students partying in a large group without masks. Some were
fined but my point here is that there was no increase in the COVID numbers in
Kingston as a consequence. In brief, the experts are 'no experts' on this
topic. P.S. Like many in the world, I may have had an unnoticed Covid reaction and built up antibodies. Without testing,
who is to know? I may also be asymptomatic. Having a good immune system is
all important. I wonder how many of those ant-vaxxers
have such immunity which requires a test which few get.
