Time to put on your SHERLOCK
HOLMES hat; pick up your spy glass and look at these details
vis a vis my Citizenship Identity Theft (against the criminal code of Cda.-based
on the Nazi ‘Final Solution’ of 1942).
1) As readers of my blog
are familiar, ON Premier Doug Ford and his criminal ‘acolyte’, MTO-Medical
Deputy Minister, Franco Alulio sponsored a
bogus DL Suspension charge against me which included – and this is all
important – a concomitant charge of being psychiatrically deficient (no
medical test ever performed) which robbed me of all access to the law; at least
in Ontario. No lawyer will give me service with my letters being returned
un-opened.
2) I almost bit to the oft
repeated request by the MTO-Medical of providing cognitive evidence of my
so-called ‘recovery’ for them to lift the D.L. ban. But here’s the point, the
D.L. suspension was merely a cover for the far more important Identity Theft.
3) When I agreed to their
submission claiming my ‘new’ medical capabilities; I asked for the MTO-Medical
to expunge my Identity Theft as well.
4) The conspirators
panicked and produced
from the ON Court of Appeal (a Premier Ford front body) a
document implying falsely that, as I had not proceeded with my charge against Alulio, they were dropping the case thus trying to seal in
my Identity Theft provisions.
5) I reacted on two
fronts: a) filing an appeal to all P.M.’s through the Office of the Speaker
b) filing an action with B.C. lawyers to be selected against the W.Van. Trustees (S.D. #45) for
failing to recognize my retirement at age 65 in 2007. That action is for $10
million which includes all salary plus interest plus damages from 2007 to the
current time.
6) Complicating the B.C.
picture is the suspicious and ‘timely’ death of Arbitrator Louis Lindholm who
collapsed while on his way to work in Sept. 1986. Neither PM Carney nor B.C.
Premier David Edy have, as I requested, produced the ambulance/ autopsy Report
on my behalf. If indeed he was murdered, the case against the 3 West Van.
Trustees – Margo Furk, Mike Smith, and (a parent) Mrs. Boname
– would comprise criminal charges (one trustee was vehemently against laying me
off under the Controversial BILL #35 (Education Act 1985) imposed on
teachers to deal with teacher lay-offs in B.C. where there weren’t any other
than myself. The WV District hired 16 new teachers which in arbitration was
converted to 16 lay-offs with myself being the necessary 17th. I was
the only teacher lay-off in B.C. prompting insiders to label it the ‘Roger
Callow Act’ before the Act was withdrawn.
7) My ‘point man’ National
Post’s Conrad Black could do a major public service by acquiring at
least the ambulance Report on how an apparently healthy Lindholm died.
8) So where does Sherlock
Holmes come in? The conspirators are fed up with my Newsletters (remember,
there was no internet in 1985) which are feeding the public imagination. In
1985, 80% of the population supported the authorities e.g. former commando, Doug
Collins of the North Shore News with his blather which has -with
the internet including social commentary -seen the reversal of those
figures-80% now support the victims
9) Hence, and here is the
Sherlock Holmes submission, a Decision has been made to whack me; once the
trail back to the conspirators is cut… ‘Oh, that murder… it all happened
after the Ontario Court of Appeals closed down the case so the police
should look elsewhere for their perp.’ I think the reader gets the drift (It
helps to be a little bit paranoid in a case like this)….
10) You-all have a nice
day, too in Cda., the toilet bowl of the World’s
Democracies….

Dear Mr. Black,
I wish to draw your
attention to an injustice that occurred a number of years ago, and which is
still unresolved. A letter about this situation was sent recently to the North
Shore News in B.C., a publication close to the original events in 1985, to
which no response was received.
Essentially, a senior
teacher (myself) received positive evaluations, which were subsequently altered
to be negative, to mollify parents who were unhappy about the teaching methods
used by the teacher of their student in the classroom. When I discovered this
fraud (modifying reports after the fact) I was “laid off”, for which economic
reasons were cited, despite the subsequent hiring of over a dozen new teachers.
I disputed this action,
and it was brought to arbitration, but after the arbitrator ruled in favor of
the school board, I brought the case to the provincial legal system, where
Justice Mary Southin quashed the arbitration, ruling the arbitrator
patently unreasonable. She then directed the case back to the same arbitrator
without further instructions. That arbitrator, shortly before re-assessing the
case, suffered an untimely death, causing the case to go into limbo (in legal
parlance, frustration).
Years later (2007), I
submitted my retirement notice to the West Vancouver School Board, but there
was no response, preventing me from receiving my due pension, from that point
onward. Consequently, I have suffered monetary damages as a result of those actions,
without a meaningful legal avenue to receive justice. I have tried to take up
my case with various lawyers in the Ottawa area (where I now live), but have
received no responses, so I am now appealing to you for publicity in this most
unusual miscarriage of justice.
There’s more to the story.
Some years later (2019), my driving license was suspended, with vague
justification, after I was subjected to accusations of psychiatric conditions,
which I could not fight legally, due to my previous loss of access to lawyers.
I’m providing for you a
copy of the MTO’s memo regarding the driving suspension. I would appreciate
publication of a human interest story that
reveals this hole in our justice system which can leave people bereft of
justice.

NO RESPONSE FROM CONRAD
BLACK TO THIS Aug. 08 Letter. He bridges the gap between events in B.C. (since
1985) & Ontario (Premier Doug Ford’s Citizenship Identity Theft ( a criminal matter). Hence
the major problem is, and has always been, a biased press representing employer
interests at the expense of employees. I am not alone on this complaint. 40
years ago at the time of my illegal dismissal as a
senior teacher in West Vancouver for ‘declining enrolment’ (there wasn’t any);
80 % of the public in 1985 believed in the authorities i.e. Law courts / Gov’t.(before internet) Today that figure is reversed with
80% disenchanted with those self-same services. Welland
St. renamed to Roger Callow Way as a permanent Protest Site. WITHOUT AN
EFFICACIOUS MEDIA, CANADA IS NO DEMOCRACY!
