NO RESPONSE FROM CONRAD
BLACK to my Aug. 08 Letter. He bridges the gap between events in B.C. (since
1985) & Ontario (Premier Doug Ford’s Citizenship Suspension 2017 (no access to the laws)

Time to put on your SHERLOCK
HOLMES hat; pick up your spy glass and look at these details
vis a vis my Citizenship Identity Theft (against the criminal code of Cda.-based
on the Nazi ‘Final Solution’ of 1942) as well as pending court events in
B.C.
1) As readers of my blog
are familiar, ON Premier Doug Ford and his criminal ‘acolyte’, MTO-Medical
Deputy Minister, Franco Alulio sponsored a
bogus DL Suspension charge against me which included – and this is all
important – a concomitant charge of being psychiatrically deficient (no
medical test ever performed) which robbed me of all access to the law; at least
in Ontario. No lawyer will give me service with my letters being returned
un-opened. …the D.L. suspension was merely a cover for the far more important
Citizenship Identity Theft.
3) When I agreed to their
submission claiming my ‘new’ medical capabilities; I asked for the MTO-Medical
to expunge my Identity Theft as well.
4) The conspirators
panicked and produced
from the ON Court of Appeal (a Premier Ford front body) a
document implying falsely that, as I had not proceeded with my charge against Alulio, they were dropping the case thus trying to seal in
my Identity Theft provisions.
5) I reacted on two
fronts: a) filing an appeal to all P.M.’s through the Office of the Speaker
b) filing an action with B.C. lawyers to be selected against the W.Van. Trustees (S.D. #45) for
failing to recognize my retirement at age 65 in 2007. That action is for $10
million which includes all salary plus interest plus damages from 2007 to the
current time.
6) Complicating the B.C.
picture is the suspicious and ‘timely’ death of Arbitrator Louis Lindholm who
collapsed while on his way to work in Sept. 1986. Neither PM Carney nor B.C.
Premier David Edy have, as I requested, produced the ambulance/ autopsy Report
on my behalf. If indeed he was murdered, the case against the 3 West Van.
Trustees – Margo Furk, Mike Smith, and (a parent) Mrs. Boname
– would comprise criminal charges (one trustee was vehemently against laying me
off under the Controversial BILL #35 (Education Act 1985) imposed on
teachers to deal with teacher lay-offs in B.C. where there weren’t any other
than myself. The WV District hired 16 new teachers which in arbitration was
converted to 16 lay-offs with myself being the necessary 17th. I was
the only teacher lay-off in B.C. prompting insiders to label it the ‘Roger
Callow Act’ before the Act was withdrawn. (banana republic law)
7) My ‘point man’ National
Post’s Conrad Black could do a major public service by acquiring at
least the ambulance Report on how an apparently healthy Lindholm died.
8) So where does Sherlock
Holmes come in? The conspirators are fed up with my Newsletters (remember,
there was no internet in 1985) which are feeding the public imagination. In
1985, 80% of the population supported the authorities e.g. former commando, Doug
Collins of the North Shore News with his blather which has -with
the internet including social commentary -seen the reversal of those
figures-80% now support the victims
9) Hence, and here is the
Sherlock Holmes submission, a Decision has been made to whack me; once the
trail back to the conspirators is cut… ‘Oh, that murder… it all happened
after the Ontario Court of Appeals closed down the case so the police
should look elsewhere for their perp.’ I think the reader gets the drift (It
helps to be a little bit paranoid in a case like this)….
10) You-all have a nice
day, too in Cda., the toilet bowl of the World’s
Democracies….
11) A recent letter to PM
Carney requesting an update on my misfeasance/ malfeasance action against the SCofC still goes without a response. Black is unresponsive
as well.
MY ANALYSIS OF TWO
NEWSPAPERS (TABLOID OTTAWA SUN & NATIONAL POST (where I have
made columnist Conrad Black as my ‘point man’)
1) During my incarceration in the Ottawa Hospital
during Xmas 2019 under the Premier Doug Ford initiated citizenship Identity
Theft of this writer (Roger Callow
(age 84) - a criminal charge in Cda.) which I still
suffer from for being ‘violent to myself & violent to others’ a fraudulent
charge facilitated by its current CEO Cameron Love (getting twice the salary as
he should be getting) as detailed on my web site: Roger Callow 2025.com ; I did
not see anyone reading a newspaper. At that time I
nicknamed columnists as ‘midwits’ (one strep up from
‘nitwits’) fronting for their publishers. That is no longer the case as to my
assertions re columnists although newspapers ‘don’t sell’ with most people
limited to their own little worlds.
2) I read both newspapers on Sept. 18 editions: The
Ottawa Sun; a) p.2 ‘More than a Library’ The combination of the Library
Archives Canada plus the Ottawa Library. MY COMMENT: (C. hereafter) Neither are
relevant as internet programs have displaced Archives Canada plus ‘nobody’
borrows books. In the 1990’s, I chanced to use Archives Canada noticing that I
was the only one. I watched the exit during the busiest times of day with approx.. one person per hour checking out a book. Downtown
denizens are not book readers. I purchase all my books new (5 hours per day
reading) from Indigo in South Keys (near the airport). There is
one book customer to every three in the Starbuck’s coffee line-up. b)
Residents in shock; the usual ‘police beat’ c) No media mandate ‘OCDSB
supervisor says interviews not in his job subscription’ A columnist appears
to be asking…’then what are you doing there?... d) ‘ROYAL DISGRACE’ Randy
Andy gives up his titles over Epstein allegations. C. He ignored Br.
Protocol influencers for an end to his liaisions with
Epstein e) King Charles to visit Vatican next week Both the King &
Pope share ‘protection of the environment issues. f) pp8 & 9 Lottery
winner stories. C. ‘tax on the poor’ although a relative won $50,000 for the
years before & after she purchased tickets. (probably broke even). g) ‘Catch
the falling stars’ re Halley’s comet C.what
readers would pay attention to in the newspaper. h) Audits cost big bucks C.
article designed to anger the tax payers as ‘unnecessary expenditure’ i) Dog nose the way to rescue tot The great
value of a K-9 dog in finding a 2 year old tot. C. a human interest story of high interest. j) OTTAWA SUN
Important Notice for Ottawa Sun Subscribers re reception of newspapers C.
Many sources do not check out their internet addresses regularly as ‘not in
service’ is common. For example all M.P.’s have an individual e-mail address, none of which work. k)
Bird Brains at CBC C. I believe that the CBC has 116 high priced advisors
& what do they do… re-cycle U.S. programs. A real slush bowl & no doubt
the source of Party funding for the Party in power l) Sharing the road
C. Interesting concept of car ride sharing doomed not to get off the ground m)
Woman on trial for girl’s rape, murder (Paris article) C. under-age female
sex trafficking (e.g. Epstein) a world problem too often ignored by gov’ts. n)
Flipping ‘n’ flopping like fish on a dock C. Always a high-light of The
Sun: “Carney is like the guy walking behind the elephants …cleaning up their
mess re bail reform. o) Letters to the Editor C. Second most
important part of a newspaper. p) ‘Gag Cartoon’ C. As a cartoon
afficionado with night school training in the art, I place a premium on gag
& cartoon strips reading about 12 daily on the internet. q) Car Industry
hurting and so is food manufacturing C. a pertinent article to be included
in Cda’s next World Depression which some have
prognosticated as beginning in 2027. r) Lasting peace requires accepting
Israel’s right to exist C. A polemical article. As a tourist, I really
enjoyed our outdoor buffet under a tent in a kibbutz. At that time, Israel was
encouraging tourists to buy in the Palestinian West Bank. Scribbled on a wall
in Eng inside of the West Bank: (i) ‘Rich Jews’ (ii)
‘To resist is to exist’ s) THE SUN SHOWBIZ p.18 & 19
C. The usual flavour of the month (Lopez/Affleck) t)
Homes C. sounds like paid informational u) p.21 Hallowe’en Special
article C. timely v)
Crossword Puzzles C. very popular w) p.23 Execution date set for U.S.
convict C. usually attracts reader interest x) p.24 Meddling Mounties C.
Well deserved columnist complaint against RCMP leadership (I concur from my own
experience) y) ‘Sports’ (3 pages) C. The main reason I suspect that
readers buy The Sun.
The
National Post:
founded by Conrad Black; it’s main columnist & my ‘point man’ (see
Roger Callow.com 2025 for Aug. 08 Letter); a) ‘Confusion’ regarding auto
industry; The Trump Gravy Train on how Trump policies benefit the 1%
wealthy at the expense of the taxpayers. b) Recent court rulings cut
employers a break C. a ‘puff piece’ by columnist Howard Levitt justifying
scandalous court judgments of which I am a part (Citizenship Identity Theft).
Forget ‘clear factums & focus on the will of the presiding judge. c)
Stellantis shifting car mfg. to U.S.
C. I don’t believe unemployed workers are going to jump for joy on
‘future’ Stellantis promises. Also a threat to Que.
plant making EV batteries. This one is important enough to involve the Fed.
Gov’t. d) FP MONEY C. I never trust to this one which always has one
investing in something or other ( the idea of ‘holding
off’ is not in their lexicon. A favourite of Investment Dealers. Don’t bother
taking the CRA to court except through the offices of a lawyer. For small
amounts, forget it. e) FP5 C. These stock figures are for Investment
Dealers only. Don’t try to edge into their market; they won’t let you. f) FP6 C. more gobbledygook on personal
financing g) SEC probe… C. too complicated for any but specialists in
this topic. h) FP8 C. more news on U.S. ‘super pacs’
of little interest to Cdns. i)
Chinese (from China) ‘puff piece’ on celebrating autumn. C. This is the
same country which permits ‘live human body part transplants’ (after which they
dispose of the corpse of unwilling contributors). The U.S. has outlawed the practice for any
U.S. citizen (so recipients travel on Cdn.
passports?) i) FP10 C. This article on
LNG shipments is heavily dependent on external market conditions which are not
explained j) FP11 Bank layoffs C. with a ‘mickey mouse’ justification of
‘re-aligning our interests’ = preparing for recession/depression. k) FP12 C.
more disinformation concluding with ‘the only thing standing in our way is
our complacency’. l) Sports Section (2 pages) C. very brief as the
NP is not a ‘go to’ news source for sports. m) THE DEPUTY (3 pages) The
untold story of the No.2 man in the Vice cocaine plot C. What I get out of
this one is that the perp is out on parole since 2019 in the Toronto area… a
big pay-off(s) somewhere…. SECTION 3; n) C. Chris Selley questions why
CBC should exist (see SUN comment) o) human smuggling charge &
Prince Andrew (both topic similar to SUN p) C. speculative articles on
politics here & abroad. p) The golden age of boondoggles; 1) The Bricklin
Car 2) The B.C. Ferries construction 3)1976 Montreal Olympics 4) The original
Mirabel airport C. All 4 are good historical
features. q)Que. floats private surgeries for
patients awaiting more than a year for an operation C. reflects the shortage of Doctors & hospital financing. r) Liberal Romeo
Leblanc, close friend of Trudeau & currently responsible for U.S.-Can.
Trade. C. I have been most ill-informed on Leblanc whom is, among other
attributes, quite witty. s) EDITORIALS ‘…stamp out subsidies’ C.
sub-standard editorial with its faith in the ‘printed word’. t) Yes, the Nazis were socialists C.
As a history major; this article leaves much to be desired as such words as
‘socialists’ is too general to define the Nazis. They were in terms of land
which meant stealing it from such as Jews. I asked one student in the 1970’s as
to whether he had heard of Hitler in his German classes. (no) Where did he
learn of him. From my parents. Their opinion ? ‘He was
a good man but he went too far’. He certainly did as Germany would have had the
atom bomb rather than the U.S. with a very different end to WWII as it was the
German Jewish scientists who created the A-bomb for the U.S. (also placed the
first man in space with both U.S. & Russia) u) Letters to Editor
‘Judicial Overreach’ Re: It’s the judges, not the Charter, that have turned Cda. into a lawfare nation. C. Amen, writer, which is
reminiscent of my PLACARD: STAY OUT OF A CDN. COURTROOM, UNLESS YOU FIRST
BUY THE JUDGE. Universities have failed; C. My older sister (d. 2100) at age 62 in
her outdoor tent had an I.Q. of 142. On the first day of UBC summer school, she
walked out of the class on ‘Speech & Acting’ which is where I learned to
read in third year university. (how many students take
that course i.e. bad actors ‘act’ while good actors ‘react’ to person, place or
circumstances. The whole topic of I.Q. which is est. in our teen-age years, is
a ball of wax as it does not account for development such as I do with a 5 hour
per day reading schedule. Give me ten minutes with anyone and I can tell you
whether or not they are readers (less than 10% of the population) outside of
their academic qualifications (lawyer, doctor). Further, I liken the reading
muscle to that of a physical muscle…if you do not constantly exercise it. it
will grow flabby. t)IDEAS ‘A better way for
Alberta’ C. Alta has more in common with Texas (oil, cattle, fodder) than with Cda. hence this ‘puff piece’ is pissing up the river on
this one which has a distinctive Cdn. political bent.
u) OPINION a) on Education. C. As a retired high school teacher, there
is much I could say on this one. The big change came in the 1970’s as
reflective in pre & post book titles; e.g. Our Canada vs Canada:
Challenge & Survival. C. Typical of this latter approach was this topic
with accompanying materials: The North West Rebellion (Louis Riel ‘1885’ as a 1)political movement 2) as a military venture 3) as a
definition of a culture. The historic process to me is to describe the past in
terms of the past to the present in terms of the present. e.g. Were Cda’s first P.M. MacDonald (1967) racist and for contrast,
Geo Washington, as well, as he held slaves in 1776. (Ans. Both were.) The
blacks are not enamoured of Columbus Day. In Cda’s
case, Ottawa renamed a high school to rid it of the MacDonald name recently.
Has that ever happened to Geo. Washington? (I don’t know but I doubt it) v)
Another Liberal recession? C. Just read that ‘recession’ alone. w) WORLD
C Read that as what POTUS Trump is doing…. P.S. I am a supporter of Trump’s
bid to rid North & South America & the Caribbean of drug dealers. C.
More U.S. news (‘Bolton’) a reflection of the yo-yo approach of all senior law
courts in N.Am. x) The ever popular cross-word
puzzles.
3) Whew; am I ever exhausted; I hope
that I will never have to do this one again.

MESSAGE:
1) Good one … sending me
what appears to be a rather garbled message in an unsealed envelope (not licked) with the Office
of the PM logo on front which probably reflects the sentiments of both yourself
& P.M. Carney.
2) But I wouldn’t pull
that stunt with others in the public as they might think that you are both past
your ‘best before dates’.
3) That selfsame public is
probably wondering why either one of you two could not have merely passed my
tome along to the appropriate office concerned whom in turn could confirm the
receipt of such by e-mail to me. In brief, is this our tax dollars at work?
4) Most countries would
view the idea of the laying of a ‘misfeasance / malfeasance action with the
central gov’t. such as I have with the Supreme Court of Canada with the
government of P.M. Carney, to be at the top of any gov’t. credibility list
deserving of someone whom can at least write to the issue. Alas, that is not to
be the case for Canada.
5) Steps are being taken
to renew this SCofC ‘faux pas’
at the provincial level due to the SCofC to act on any
level with my
submission of national importance.
